Sunken Planes is a loud and catchy Indie rock outfit out of Minneapolis. They released their Debut EP “Intersections” in 2024 which has garnered substantial College and Freeform radio airplay across the U.S. and beyond. Their sound blends jangly guitars enveloped by razor sharp angular guitar lines, a driving rhythm section and unforgettable melodies. They have been playing live shows around the Twin Cities since the EP’s release. The band is working on a new full-length album to hopefully be released in 2025. Minneapolis’ Field Hospitals draw on decades of nervy jangle rock tradition with sharp songwriting and taut live performances that hint at the members’ background in Midwestern post punk.
