Filthy Kittens:
Filthy Kittens is a Twin Cities-based band consisting of Hank James, Mitchell Nelson, and Mason Swanson. Their most recent release ‘Thinking of You’ is an EP that thoroughly represents their approachable melodies and light, alt-pop energy. The band originally formed in 2022 and quickly assembled an album of folk rock-leaning songs about love, small towns, childhood, and politics.
J-Mo On The Beat & The J-Lighters:
Hailing from Saint Paul, Minnesota, Jamie’s music effortlessly blends the classic 50s and 60s vibes with contemporary rock and pop elements, creating a unique and captivating sound. Influenced by legendary artists such as Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Cliff Richard, and Billy Fury, Jamie’s musical journey began at a tender age with dancing, eventually blossoming into a fervent desire to become a music artist during his high school years.
With the unwavering support of his talented backing band, The J-Lighters, who skillfully capture the essence of the 50s sound, Jamie confidently ventures into the music scene.
Emma Jane:
Emma Jane has been performing since she was three years old. She has entertained audiences by singing, dancing, and playing guitar throughout the Midwest and Nashville. Emma is a proud graduate of St. Olaf College, holding degrees in English and Studio Art. Her self recorded E.P., “Here & Now”, released in April 2021 and included four original songs. Emma’s style reflects her authentic nature and desire to expand her horizons. A Wisconsin native, she currently resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota and enjoys performing around the Twin Cities, exploring the nightlife, and spending time outside in the beautiful nature.
Devotion:
Devotion is an original R&B/Rock/Jazz Fusion group bringing unique arrangements with a familiar sound.
Skarlett Woods:
Minnesota-based Singer-Songwriter and 7-string guitarist Skarlett Woods can only be placed in one musical category: powerful. She weaves together the rich tapestry of Americana sounds- Folk, Roots, Rock ’n Roll and Alt-Country- making each song seemingly simple yet deeply engaging. Her original work can be daring and Jazzy like early 1970’s Joni Mitchell, poetic like Bob Dylan, sweet and sexy like Norah Jones or laced with Americana like Brandi Carlile.
Cassandra Johnson:
Cassandra is a singer/songwriter and self taught guitarist who found her way to St. Paul from the prairies of Western North Dakota. She has blended her influences of indie, jazz, americana-folk, and soul into a cohesive sound all her own. She elevates her moving melodies and autobiographical lyrics with rich guitar arrangements so that every song feels like a little world unto itself. Cassandra also plays lead guitar in local band, Astronomy Town.
Labrador Wild:
Formed in 2022 by singer Antonio Juarez
and guitarist Spencer Runde, Labrador Wild
soon evolved into a five piece after the
inclusion of Posheeda Noor, Neha Sunkum and Andy Schmitz
With a creative focus on cohesive and
dramatic compositions, the groups sound is
characterized by hypnotic instrumentals
high-energy choruses, and powerful vocals.
Influenced by a wide variety of rock artists
from the 60s to the present day, Labrador
Wild aims to replicate nothing, but
welcomes all influence.
Jeffry Becker & The Gentlemen:
Jeffry Becker is an accomplished singer-songwriter, guitarist, who has fronted several original bands.
His songs are timeless and unique, poetically following characters and themes through journeys of hope, love, loss and triumph of the soul, all with an unwavering musical ethos that is never shy of catchy hooks and unexpected turns. His new band Jeffry Becker and The Gentlemen, are celebrating the new vinyl lp release, Spin, with a powerfully joyful, and inspiring live show.
Andrew Dimenstein:
Indie Folk Artist originally from Connecticut but has been calling Minnesota his home for 10 years.
