Red Eye Ruby

Red Eye Ruby is a retro rock band based out of Minneapolis, MN. Channeling the soulful rock sounds of Amy Winehouse and the rhythmic roots of New Orleans, their shiny collection of original music sounds classic yet very much of this time – speaking openly about abusive relationships and the reality of working as a woman in the male-dominated music industry.

Red Eye Ruby released their new EP, The Ruby EP, in July of 2022. In October of 2022, their single, Sunshine and Good Lookin’, was featured as the Song of the Day on local Minneapolis radio station, The Current.

The band is currently in the studio recording their next record.

Izzy Cruz is a multi-instrumentalist and faceted artist.
She is most fluent in expression of songwriting with specialty in rhythm, well rounded compositions and deeply meaningful lyrics.
While this is her medium of most influence.
Most of her works sprout from artistic forms of many origins.
Tactile forms of visual art such as drawing, painting, collage making and design integrate themselves to wildly original ways to inspire her process in the creations.
