Dowser is an original folk/americana band led by singer/songwriter John Kurtis Dehn on guitar and vocals, Vicki Dischler on bass and vocals, and John Strei on drums, percussion and vocals.  Built around the Dehn’s original songs, folk textures, and Americana grooves, Dowser’s performances move easily from intimate, lyric-centered moments high-energy songs with drive and heart.

Vicki Dischler and the Eitel Brothers (Don and Jon) are seasoned musicians who met at an open mic during a transitional time in all three of their musical lives. They’ve come together to blend Vicki’s rich voice and long history of interpreting songs across genres with Don’s dynamic songwriting and Jon’s rock-inspired, supple touch on mandolin. Together, they create an Americana-bluegrass-harmony sound with a whole lot of fun.
