Maddie Kadlec is 24-year-old singer-songwriter based in Minneapolis who writes folk songs with jazz influences. As a multi-instrumentalist, she plays 5 instruments including guitar, bass, keys, ukulele, and accordion. Her main musical passion is voice. Led by singer-songwriter Bryan Schumann, The Sunshapes is a Minnesota based music group that blend the sounds of pop, rock, indie, electronic, and classical genres. They have performed live dozens of times over the past decade, released their first official single, About Love, in 2023, and are now releasing their debut album, Bombshell Tree of Life, on July 12th, 2024.
