Thursday December 12 @ 9:00 pm - 12:00 am

 NoNo (Winona Sparrow Vetsch)
NoNo is a local multimedia artist who likes to capture wild noise on cassette and abuse consumer electronics to build collaged soundscapes which she combines with performance art. This is her solo project. She also plays with Cock Esp and co-runs an instrument building fun club.
Somewhere Nice, Someday (Evelyn Rivers)
“somewhere nice, someday” is a droning doomgaze and noise rock solo project, inspired by swans and planning for burial. built off live looping and entranced vocals, and broken by manic screaming and intense feedback. featuring mostly guitar, drum machine, and misc other instruments.
 Asteroid (Astrid Hubbard Flynn)
Asteroid is a solo noise project of astrid hubbard flynn (b. 1999, they/them), an autistic, nonbinary, white settler descended from Irish ancestors, living on Dakota land in so-called Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Asteroid project uses a portable, wireless setup that currently focuses on vocals and objects through through stethoscopes and stethoscope tubes used both as amplifiers and as instruments of their own. astrid’s other projects include harsh ambient music on amplified window fan (solo, with Aros E-V, and as part of Ice Climber Noise Syndicate), and a set of songs for a four-piece synth-fronted band that draws influence from protest chants and classical minimalism. astrid has recorded material with Nicholas Christenson, Ryann Daisy Swimmer and mudmudmud, and a catalog of notated compositions. They are the first point of contact for submissions to the American Composers Forum’s composer opportunities listings, and they co-facilitate biweekly skill-shares for DIY noise instrument fabrication.
