the em’s is a folk-pop plus group hailing from Saint Paul playing original, familiar, and new-to-you tunes. The group’s vocalists, Emma (violin), Marlee (guitar), and Olivia (bass), began singing together in 2017 in college a cappella at the University of Minnesota and reunited in 2023. With some new friends along for the ride with Garret on banjo, Cole on keys, and Jenna on percussion, they’ve been gracing bars and breweries in the Twin Cities with three-part folk power ever since.
