Chris “Poppa” Foster is an energetic blues/ragtime/soul piano player and singer based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He has performed and recorded with musicians such as Steve Pryor, John Moreland, Seth Lee Jones, John Moreland, Todd Clouser, Johnny Mullenax and Annie Ellicott. I am booked regularly at the Mercury Lounge, Thelma’s and Lowdown, and hold a weekly residency at The Colony in Tulsa. I have opened for acts such as Hot Club of Cowtown, Ramsay Midwood, Shiny Ribs and John Fullbright, and played a number of festivals including Woody Guthrie Folk Festival, Eureka Springs Bluesfest, Rhythms on the Rio, Norman Music Festival, Illinois River Jam and Bushyhead Farm Fest.
